If a robotaxi crashed, drove dangerously, blocked an emergency vehicle, or something went wrong on a ride, you can report it to people who can act, and it matters. Complaints to safety regulators feed the same databases that lead to investigations and recalls. Tell us what happened and we'll point you to the right official channel.
